II is used to push the tire bead down into the drop center of the rim on off-road wheels while using tire tools to change tires, The Valve Core Remover allows for easy removal and installation of standard valve cores in tubed or tubeless valve stems, RimShield* II is designed to protect wheels from damage during tire removal and installation
